Rates and Fees

Routine Service (1st Attempt within 7 days), per person, per address.

$50 Santa Cruz City; 

$60 Capitola, and parts of Soquel;

$75 Aptos, Scotts Valley, Felton, and other parts of Soquel; 

$85 Watsonville and Ben Lomond; 

$95 Boulder Creek; 

$50 extra for Rush Service Today (1st attempt literally today).

Court Document Retrieval and Stakeouts, $60 Per Hour - two hour minimum; 

Printing Fee - $0.30 per page;  Electronic Filing of Proof of Service or other documents - $25 plus court clerk's electronic service fees; 

Notarized Signature fee - $35 per document; 

Postage, FedEx and Phone Charges -  Billed at Actual Cost.
